We have taken steps to keep your account and payments as secure as we can. For more information on this, please see here. One such action we have taken is to make Two Factor Authentication ("2FA") mandatory for all Partner Accounts. This makes it significantly harder for any unauthorised third party (e.g. a "hacker") to gain access to your Partner Account.

Two Factor Authentication

When you create a Partner Account, during your first sign in, you will be asked to enter your phone number. You don't need to input the "0" at the start of your number.

This does not have to be the same number that you use for your Partner Account details. We (Steppr) do not see or have access to this number. These are stored by Google's servers.

Once you have submitted your number, a verification code will be sent to your phone by text message, and a new popup will appear for you to enter the code.

You will be automatically sent a text containing a verification code for each sign in session (e.g. signing out and then in again). This helps keep your account secure.
