You can choose to keep the voucher, in which case we hope you have a great experience.


If you do not want to keep the voucher, you can contact the issuing Partner within 14 days of purchasing the voucher and they should be able to refund your purchase (provided you have not redeemed the voucher).


Unfortunately, this usually is not something we (Steppr) can help with as you purchased the voucher directly from the Partner.
