What is your refund policy?

We (Steppr) do not provide refunds for vouchers, since it is Partners who sell them to you. Partners receive your payments directly, so we have no funds to refund. We don't take any commission or any other fee from them.
However, we ask Partners to agree to refund any non-redeemed vouchers within 14 days, at the request of the purchaser. Partners are not obliged to refund vouchers that are redeemed or have been expired, unless required to by law.
If you would like to request a refund, please contact the relevant Partner you purchased the voucher from directly. Any refund request must come from the original purchaser of the voucher.
