We (Steppr) do not provide refunds for vouchers, since it is Partners who sell them to you. Partners receive your payments directly.


We ask Partners to agree to refund any non-redeemed vouchers within 14 days, at the request of the purchaser. Partners are not obliged to refund vouchers that are redeemed or have been expired, unless required to by law.

 

Any refund request must come from the original purchaser of the voucher. You can read more about the refund policy we ask Partners to abide by in our User Terms & Conditions.
