Steps I’m eligible for are missing

If you have looked in your rewards (unlocked padlock icon), and cannot find a step 2 or 3 you previously were eligible for, there are a few possibilities, including:
You have already bought the step (please check your kitty).
The Partner may have stopped or paused the campaign.
Unfortunately, not matter how much we would like it to be the case, steps 2 & 3 are not legally guaranteed. There may be instances where Partners would like to withdraw them, although we ask them not to without good reason.
